The Little Mountain Rescue Squad is an all volunteer organization that provides emergency ambulance, and rescue services to the Little Mountain community, located in eastern Newberry County, South Carolina, USA.

Little Mountain Rescue maintains a membership of approximately twenty-five members, which includes Paramedics, Emt's, and other critical persons that need not hold certification.

The squad operates primarily from contributions by citizens, tax dollars from Newberry County and the United Way of the Midlands payroll deduction program.
